Welcome to CyberSafar App ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application, you ("User", "you") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You may use the App to browse, purchase, and read content written by the creator of the App. Certain content is free, while other content requires payment.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and more, is the intellectual property of the author and/or developer. No material may be reproduced, distributed, or reused without explicit written permission.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for paid content are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Important: Once a payment is successfully completed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

However, in the rare case of a verified technical glitch that prevents content delivery, we will either ensure proper access or, if not possible, refund the amount paid. Please note, such a refund will result in permanent deletion of the user account and all associated access.
